To help support fNIRS 2020, we have established three different mechanisms and you can choose one or any combination of them.
Displays will be hosted in the Ziskind Lounge together with the posters. For a fee we will provide a 6’ table with 2 chairs and standard power and 4 exhibitor passes (exhibitor room only, no lectures, social events or lunches). Please notice the number of tables is limited and thus it will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Platinum: co-sponsor Opening Reception, and includes 4 conference registrations
Gold: co-sponsor Social Events, and includes 2 conference registrations
Silver: co-sponsor Coffee Breaks, no registrations included.
We welcome financial contributions made by corporations to the society of fNIRS to further enhance the fNIRS2020 conference.
Sponsors will be acknowledged on our website, on all program materials and on venues displays. Exhibitors will be listed in the program.
In addition to the main conference, we are offering another opportunity to contribute to fNIRS2020. The pre-meeting educational course will include mini-courses and hands on demonstrations. If you are interested in providing a class on your fNIRS hardware or software, you should submit a proposal by October 1st 2019. Courses will be selected by the educational and local committees. Preference will be given to mini-courses and hands-on demonstrations with a strong educational component. For-profit companies need to pay a $800 fee to give a mini course. Those fees will be used toward supporting lunches and coffee breaks.
